Enzyme Replacement Therapy (ERT) Safety and Prescribing Information

In order to identify trends in treatment and to help the Pompe community better understand the effects of alglucosidase alfa, the Pompe Registry solicits detailed information about enzyme replacement treatment regimens. For all patients who are receiving or ever have received ERT, Registry participants are asked to provide the date on which ERT was initiated, the dose, duration and frequency of infusions, and information regarding any missed infusions or interruption or discontinuation of treatment with ERT.
